FREIGHT CHARGES

Orders over $500.00 excluding GST will be delivered freight free in Australia using our carriers.

Orders less than this amount will incur a $10.00 plus GST freight fee.

Freight charges will always apply to equipment, bulky goods and and orthotic materials. The amount will depend on size, weight and destination.

Dangerous Goods surcharges will be added if required to comply with transport regulations.

In some instances Remote Delivery surcharges may apply - in this case we will notify you of the cost.

You are expected to provide us with enough details to enable our carriers to effect delivery - i.e. the premises are attended or specific instructions are provided as to where the delivery can be left. If our carriers are unable to effect delivery, any additional charges we incur for re-delivery will be passed on.

All export orders will have freight charges quoted so that payment can be made before shipment.

Dangerous Goods (DG)

The NSW Environmental Protection Agency regulates the transport of dangerous goods. Dangerous Goods are substances and objects that pose acute risks to people, property and the environment due to their chemical or physical characteristics. Dangerous goods transportation is administered under the Dangerous Goods Act 2008 and Regulation of 2014 and requires special transport and handling services. Our Freight partners place an additional cost and con note on each order which contains a Dangerous Goods and these goods need to be sent separately from other products contained within the same order.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS ITEMS OF MULTIPLE DANGEROUS GOODS CLASSES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED PER CLASS (ie: 1 x class 3 and 1 x class 6.1 and you live in NSW, you will be charged 2 x DG charges of $30)
